Amenities
Fully furnished and beautifully designed in a soft beach palate, the cottage sleeps five adults or four adults and two children. Sleeping accommodations include a one queen bed, one bunk bed with a full and twin mattress and a futon. The cottage has a full kitchen, washer/dryer and small appliances like coffee pot, crockpot, toaster and electric kettle. All linens and bath towels are provided. It has a TV with Roku so you can use your streaming accounts and high speed wifi.
Location
Located in the beach town of Evans, NY, the area offers both fun and relaxation during our beautiful summer months. The cottage is a short walk away from Wendt Beach Park and a short drive away from Bennett Beach and Evangola State Park. Sturgeon Point Marina is a 5min drive away. To see the sights of Western New York, the cottage is 30 min from Canada (Peace Bridge) and downtown Buffalo (Canalside). We are 45 minutes from Niagara Falls and 1 hr to Chautauqua Lake/Bemus Point. The Finger Lakes are 2-2.5hrs away.
Outdoor Living
The cottage is steps away from the neighborhood's private beach. To access the beach, there is a lane about 20 yards from the house that will lead you to the water's edge. Enjoy swimming in the lake or talking a stroll along the surf. After a day at the beach, relax in the backyard with a fire pit, chairs and patio table with umbrella.
